I swear I did NOT edit in the heart – when I went through my photos I saw that I had ‘accidentally’ captured it while (almost mindlessly) snapping away. I was so in awe of the eruption that I didn’t pay too much attention to my camera. I had it on my lap, on live view, tapping whenever a big splash of glowing orange came out of the fiery pit. I loved this moment, this afternoon, this place – so deeply.Well, I think it loved me back. 😛
Iceland is a place of absolute wonder, I still can’t believe I get to live on this amazing, mind-blowing little island – even after six years.
