Tour and Transportation Bookings:

Bookings and reservations of tours or transportation in Iceland can be made through our website or by e-mail

When a booking has been accepted, our customers receive an e-mail with information about the booking, the booking number and a voucher. Please make sure that all the information is correct and take them with you to Iceland as a proof of payment and to use as a voucher for the tour operators (Most of them require you to bring the voucher). If the information is incorrect please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it.


Iceland Wonder accepts Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express. Payments are made through a safe payment gateway on our website. 

When booking through Iceland Wonder we request payment from our customers at the time of booking. When we have received full payment the booking is confirmed and these terms take effect immediately, not before. Iceland Wonder is not responsible for availability of bookings (tours or transportation) until the booking has been confirmed and paid for.

If booking is made for more than one person, the person who makes the booking is responsible for payments from the group and that everyone has read the terms and conditions.


Iceland Wonder does not operate any tours or transportation services, but sells tours and other service from third party tour operators located in Iceland, therefor Iceland Wonder cannot be held responsible for any changes or cost on the part of the tour operator.  

Iceland Wonder can also not be held responsible for any expenses because of accidents, sickness, injury, damages, delays, flight changes or anything else that Iceland Wonder does not control like weather, natural disasters (for example volcanic eruptions or glacier floods), or strikes. Weather in Iceland can be very unpredictable and Iceland Wonder reserves the right to change or cancel tours at any time because of weather or bad conditions to take care of everyone’s safety. When dealing with flight changes both domestic and international, our customers are responsible for any additional cost because of that (extra hotel night, meals, transportation) but we would be happy to arrange that for you.

If you have any troubles or complaints about our service or our partners please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to solve the problem in the best way possible. The best way is to send us an e-mail ( We strongly recommend that you also read the terms and conditions for each tour operators as they may differ depending on the service they provide.

We also recommend that all travelers buy a comprehensive travel insurance to minimal any financial losses due to unexpected situation during your trip. 


If you need to change or cancel your booking you need to send an e-mail to and receive a confirmation from Iceland Wonder, so it is valid. Please let us know about any changes as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you. Note that each tour operator has their own cancellation policy and sometimes you have to pay a cancellation fee. When you book through our booking system you need to agree to these cancellation policies before making the payment and we urge you to read them carefully before confirming your booking. In general it is not possible to get a refund for a tour that is canceled within 24-48 hours. When booking through e-mail 10% of the price is non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued on the same card that was used to purchase the tour or transportation and the amount refunded is according to the date that Iceland Wonder received the cancellation. Price can change without notice because of currency fluctuation, inflation, government taxes or other costs that Iceland Wonder does not control. Refunds are according to the currency rate of the day the refunds take place.

Weather in Iceland can change very quickly and we want to ensure everyone’s safety. If a tour operator needs to cancel a tour because of bad weather or conditions the tour will be fully refunded. Only the tour operator can decide if the tours needs to be cancelled because of weather. If your tour is cancelled because of the weather you need to contact Iceland Wonder through e-mail and we will assist you with the refund and do our best to find another comparable tour.
