Local photographer Óli Haukur of OZZO Photography created this beautiful video showing what Iceland looks like in those dark and cold winter months.
The video features numerous surfing and kayaking scenes shot under a full moon while the Northern Lights dance above. Most of the locations featured are in South and West Iceland, the most well known of which are Lónsdrangar cliffs, Kirkjufell mountain, the towns of Ólafsvík and Borgarnes, Kleifarvatn lake, Reykjavík, Gullfoss waterfall, and, of course, the Blue Lagoon!
